Thank you for your support of the International Family Services Family Hope program.

Manual Download Instructions

In order to download the Family Hope Manual, you will need to click on the image of the manual cover which appears at the bottom of this page (it looks like the image to the left of this paragraph). But before you do, you will need to read the rest of these instructions.

When you do click on the manual cover at the bottom of the page, you will see on your computer screen a window that looks like this (see Figure 1).

When you see the window above (see Figure 1), take the following steps.

1) In the space below User Name, you should type in the word "manual" (without the quotes).

2) In the space below Password, you should enter the password that was provided to you by your IFS representative.

If you do not have a password, or you do not have it with you, you cannot proceed. You should click on the Cancel button, leave this web page on your screen and obtain the password. Then return to your computer and enter the password.

3) Press the OK button. The manual will begin downloading to your computer. If you are connecting to the internet over a regular modem, this download will take several minutes. If you are connecting to the internet via a high speed (for example, cable or DSL) connection, it will proceed much faster.

Now you can proceed!!

If you have your password ready, you can now click on the image of manual cover below so that you can enter the User name and password (see the instructions above) and proceed with your download.
